Zapier Integration
Connect Solidarity Tech with 5,000+ other apps through our Zapier integration. Automate your workflows by creating Zaps that update Solidarity Tech based on actions in other apps.
Available Actions
Create or Update Person
Create new people or update existing ones in your Solidarity Tech database. This action supports:
- Contact Information: Name, email, phone number, address
- Chapter Assignment: Assign each person to one chapter, which becomes their primary chapter
- Tags: Add or remove tags to organize your people
- Custom User Properties: Set values for any custom properties configured in your organization
- Donations: Optionally log an associated donation when creating/updating a person
Supported Fields

chapter_id | Primary chapter assignment. Required for a new person. |
add_tags | Tags to add to the person |

custom_user_properties | One field for each custom property |
preferred_language | Preferred language code (e.g., "en", "es") |
Logging Donations
When creating or updating a person, you can also log a donation by including donation fields:

Getting Started
- Visit our Zapier Integration page
- Connect your Solidarity Tech account in Zapier
- When prompted, paste the key shown as 'Your API Key for Zapier' on Settings → Integrations → Zapier.
Example Workflows
Here are some ways organizations use our Zapier integration:
- Google Forms → Solidarity Tech: Automatically create people from form submissions
- Stripe → Solidarity Tech: Log donations and update donor records when payments are received
- Typeform → Solidarity Tech: Sync survey responses to contact records
- Eventbrite → Solidarity Tech: Create or update people when they register for events
Note: The Zapier integration is on the Standard, Professional, and Enterprise plans. It uses its own key and does not need API access. Solidarity Tech does not count Zap runs against plan limits.
