System Emails
Solidarity Tech uses a pre-defined series of System Emails for your Organization, that are sent to People after they perform certain actions. For example, a Call Confirmation
email is automatically sent to People who schedule a call with you, or a Donation Receipt
email is sent to People who donate through one of your Donate Pages.
The System Emails section in the Settings displays all of these System Emails and allows you to edit them. You can edit all the same fields (sender, subject, content, wrapper, etc.) that you can for any other email on the platform. The list below describes all the different System Emails and when they are sent out:
Scheduled Calls
Agent call notice: Sent automatically to the agent once they are assigned a new call.
Day-before call reminder: Sent the evening before the a schedule call, if the call was scheduled 24 hours or more in advance, to remind the contact they scheduled a call for the next day.
Call confirmation: Sent automatically to anyone who schedules a call
Donations
Donation refunded: Sent automatically when a donation is refunded from your connected Stripe account.
Recurring donation cancelled: Sent automatically to confirm that a recurring donation was cancelled.
Recurring donation card expiring: Sent automatically when the card on an active recurring donation is about to expire.
Donation failed: Sent automatically when an recurring donation charge attempt fails
Donation receipt: Sent automatically when someone is charged for a one-time or recurring donation
Upfront dues expiring: Sent automatically the day before upfront dues paid by a member is set to expire.
Events
RSVP confirmation: Sent automatically when someone RSVPs to an event.
Event day-before reminder: Sent as a reminder 24 hours before an event session begins.
