Your User Account
When you create your organization or you're invited to join as a Team Member of another organization, you're in effect creating your Solidarity Tech account. This account - with your email address as the unique key used to login - can be associated with multiple Organizations.
Change accounts
If your account has multiple organizations associated with it, you will be able to switch your account by clicking your name in the top right corner of the admin dashboard.
From the app, you can change your account from the bottom of the Settings screen.
Reset password
You can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the dashboard login page. You must be logged out of your account before you can access this page.
From the app, you can also reset your password by tapping the "Forgot Password" button in the login screen.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
For security, Solidarity Tech requires two-factor authentication when logging into the admin dashboard. After entering your email and password, you'll need to verify your identity with a second factor.
Email Codes (Default)
By default, a 6-digit verification code is sent to your email address. Enter this code to complete login.
Passkeys (TouchID / FaceID)
For a faster, more secure login experience, you can set up a passkey using your device's biometric authentication (TouchID on Mac, FaceID on iPhone, or fingerprint on Android).
Why use passkeys?
- Faster - Just touch your fingerprint sensor instead of checking email
- More secure - Passkeys are phishing-resistant and cryptographically bound to your device
- Convenient - No codes to copy/paste
Setting up a passkey
- Log into the admin dashboard
- Click your name in the top-right corner and select Account
- Go to the Solidarity Tech tab
- Under "Passkeys (TouchID / FaceID)", click Add Passkey
- Follow your browser's prompts to register your fingerprint or face
Using your passkey
Once set up, when you log in and reach the 2FA screen, your device will automatically prompt for TouchID/FaceID. Simply authenticate with your biometric and you'll be logged in - no email code needed.
Tip: You can register multiple passkeys (e.g., one for your laptop, one for your phone). If your passkey isn't available, you can always fall back to the email code method.
