Email Blasts
Email Blasts allow you to send broadcast email blasts to all People on your list for whom you have an email address and email permission, in their preferred language. Emails can include Merge tags for personalized content, and can be sent immediately or scheduled for a future time.
To
Edit the recipients section to create a filter targeting all people who will receive the email blast. Only People for whom you have a valid email address and email permission will be eligible to receive the email, so there's no need to add additional targeting parameters for that. To send to one person, add the rule Email is with that person's address. To reach everyone in the scope, add the rule Email is not blank.
From
Select the Email Sender to deliver your email messages. When your account is created, it comes with a default email sender like [email protected]. A blast is capped at 100 recipients while its scope has no custom email sender, whatever sender the blast uses. To get replies from this sender, set Reply To under Email Sender. To open it, click Add From or Edit From in the From section.
Selecting a custom Email Sender will greatly improve the deliverability of your emails. The 100 recipient cap lifts as soon as the blast's scope has a custom sender.
Subject
Customize the subject line of your email and follow the brief tips on the right to help your email get past spam filters. The Preview Text field sets the text that many email apps show next to the subject in the inbox list. The recipient's app settings control how much text shows, and a recipient can turn the preview off.
A/B Testing Subject Lines
A/B testing sends different subject lines to a test group of your audience. The winning subject line then goes to the remaining recipients. A/B testing is available on the Standard plan and above. On a lower plan, the A/B Test Variations button is disabled.

- In the Subject section of your email blast, click A/B Test Variations.
- Write your own variations, or let AI generate them from your email content.
- Save. Then configure the A/B Testing settings in the Email Settings section.
In the settings, choose the Test Group Size, the Success Metric (open rate or click rate), and how the winner is selected. The two automatic modes select the winner for you. An automatic winner is sent only inside the Auto-send Window, which you also set there. With Let me choose, you click Select as Winner on the results page. Once sending starts, you cannot edit the blast or its A/B test. If you pause the send, the blast becomes editable again.
The results page shows the sent, delivered, opened, and clicked counts and the open and click rates for each variation.
Content
Edit the email content to craft the message template that will be sent to all targeted People. Here you can draft your email in all supported languages, and use merge tags to create personalized messages. Use the message preview in the right panel to see an example of what the final sent email message will look like, after it's integrated with the selected email wrapper and the merge tags are evaluated.
To change the wrapper, click Edit Design in the Content section. Then pick the wrapper in the unlabeled menu below the editor, which often shows the default name Email Template.
Once the content is saved with no template errors and From has a sender, Send Test Email shows. Use it to send a test to any address and check how it looks.

Settings
Supported Languages: Add additional languages that you want your Email Blast to support. If a Person has their preferred language set to a language that your email blast supports, they will have their message delivered in that language. Otherwise, all targeted people will receive the message in English. After you add a language and save, we automatically translate the content from the blast's first language. You can edit the translated content and subject line.
Scope: The scope sets which people the blast can reach.
Track Clicks: This setting starts on. It records which links were clicked, how many times, and by whom.
Track Opens: Discover who opens your Email Blasts. This setting starts on, and subject line variations lock it on.
Limit Sends: This setting limits the number of people who get this blast, in list order, not at random. You can change it while the blast is unsent or paused. It counts toward the 100 recipient cap.
Clone Email Blast: You can always clone an Email Blast if you need to repeatedly use a similar email template. The button is at the bottom of Settings and of the results Overview.
Send or schedule
When you're ready to send your Email Blast, you can either schedule the sending to begin at a pre-set time, or immediately begin sending the Email Blast. When you go to send the Email Blast, it will tell you exactly how much it will cost to send out the blast to all targeted People.
Large attachment warning: If your email includes large file attachments, a warning on the blast overview and in the send modal shows the estimated size and approximate delivery time. Blasts with large attachments take longer to deliver, so plan accordingly.
Results
When an Email Blast is sent, you will immediately be taken to the results page where you can watch the email delivery happen in real-time under the analytics section.
Some email apps, such as Apple Mail and Gmail, can fetch emails automatically. For blasts sent on or after July 24, 2026, the analytics section splits Total Opened into Verified Opens, which come from a real person, and Auto-Opens, which came only from automated inbox prefetching. Some auto-opens may still have been read. A click always counts as a verified open.
The results "Activity" tab lists the People who were sent the email by stage, such as Opened, Didn't Open, Clicked, Took Action, Bounced, Unsubscribed, and Complained. A row shows an auto-open badge when the open came only from inbox prefetching.
